Muesli- your classic healthy breakfast
cereal which consists of rich ingredients like whole oats, nuts, fruits, wheat
flakes, seeds etc. It’s considered healthy as it’s basically low in calorie,
high in fiber and provides you the necessary nutrients your body requires. They
are filling and can aid in weight control as well.
Soulfull Foods have come up with an interesting
twist to your regular muesli. Their recently launched range of Desi Muesli (Masala and
Chatpata flavours) cereal. A nutritious,baked multigrain mix, doused in rich desi flavours of
coriander, black pepper, red chillies and others. If you enjoy your basic
