Whether you are a health conscious or
not, energy bars is considered a convenient source of nutrition to satisfy
those hunger pangs between meals and is a healthy option to invest in. Energy bars comes in a
wide variety of flavors to satisfy different appetite. They are often fortified
with vitamins and minerals and natural ingredients which can help fill
nutritional gaps. But, like many foods in a specific category, not all energy bars are equal. Those
that are low in saturated fat and sugars, with a decent amount of protein and
fiber, can provide a nutritious, satisfying pick-me-up. Others can closely
mimic a candy bar.
So I recently received five of their energy bars and here’s my view on them.
It’s good to see so many options
available in the Indian market nowadays for healthy snacking. EAT Anytime Bars
is a healthy and full of nutritional energy bars which curbs your hunger pangs

So I recently received five of their energy bars and here’s my view on them.
- Mango Ginger: With core ingredients like- Almonds, Black Dates, Pumpkin Seeds, Sunflower Seeds, Ginger Powder and Oats, the first bite just felt like an Aam Papad to me as it was high on mango and low on ginger part. Somewhere both ingredients didn’t gel for me as I expected and in the end t felt for on the sweeter side to me.
- Bambaiya Chaat: The most unusual flavour you can ever come across in a snack bar. It’s hard to come up with something like this and excelling in it without compromising on the basic texture of a chaat. I was quite sceptical initially about how its gonna taste. Spicy, tangy and sweet in each bite, this surely shocks your taste buds. It’s not your everyday bar coz of its distinct flavours. But, once a while your body needs that inconsistent savour to keep it balanced.
Orange: Nothing too special about the flavour. Just a regular Orange flavoured snack bars with well-balanced ingredients, which blended well together.
Peanut Butter & Choco: This classic combination can never go wrong no matter in whichever form it is. The best part about the bar was the chocolate never outshines the other ingredients. Most of the times the chocolate flavoured bars usually outclasses the other core ingredients, but it was well balanced here. Add it in your smoothie, yogurt or eat just out of the box, it’s an ideal snack bar.
Overall, I had a great experience with EAT Anytime Snack Bars. I would love to see them coming up with more interesting flavours and more healthy snacking options.
