It’s really tough to maintain a healthy lifestyle in this hectic schedule. The main concern is lack of nourishment in our diet. We are more inclined towards the unhealthy stuffs around us and usually end up binging on those. This is where “Poshtick” comes to the rescue.
From Cookies, Granolas, Savoury, Nuts
and seeds power mixes and many more- Poshtick has a wide range of healthy
options to choose from. Their snacks give you the right amount of nutrition you need in
a day to keep you all charged up. Their products have been created such that they make their way into
your routines smoothly.
In my box:
Crackled Whole Wheat & Nuts: With richness of healthy ingredients like-finely roasted whole wheat, cashew, almonds and pumpkin seeds It’s a perfect snack to much between meals or when you get those hunger pangs.
- Chocolate Chia Granola: The Granola just melts in your mouth; it
was really soft and chewy. Chia and Chocolate as we know have various health
benefits and it’s really important to include them in your diet in right
quantity. The one thing that was a bit turn off for me was, it was too sweet
for my liking. I would have preferred it a bit milder or just free of excess sweetener.
Spinach Crispies: My most favourite out of the lot. It was light, crispy and had an amazing texture to it. The flavours blended well together and had a great taste to it.
Fruit & Cereal Mix: Nothing special about it. Just your regular cereal, with fruit loops and berries.
Achari Oaties: This one was really surprising. An interesting fusion of two worlds here. Kasoori Methi with Oats!!! This is some weird combination at the first sight. Hats off to the chef’s at Poshtick to even come up with something like this which really paid off in the end. The taste can be well described as something between Mathri (Indian Snack) and a regular oats biscuit. Simple ingredients, nothing too fancy. Had an amazing taste nor too sweet or spicy just perfect.
